Data analysis that ends in a decision.
One business question, answered with your own data, and a clear recommendation at the end. No 50-page report, no jargon: what we found, how sure we are, what to do next.
Questions we answer
Sales and revenue
Why sales moved, which regions, products or channels drive the change, and what to do about it.
Customers
Which customers are worth the most, who is likely to leave, and which offers keep them.
Pricing and margin
Whether a price change worked, where discounts eat margin, and which prices to test next.
Costs and operations
Where money leaks: returns, delays, stock, staffing, suppliers.
Marketing
Which campaigns and channels bring paying customers, not just clicks.
Did it work?
Whether a change, launch or campaign really made money, measured fairly.
For one business question, from data to written recommendation. The price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Send a written request →- Margin leak found: 3 products sold below cost after discounts
- Top 12% of customers bring 58% of profit; retention plan built around them
- A price rise that did not lose volume, confirmed with a fair comparison
Illustrative example. Your results depend on your data.
Questions
What kind of questions do you answer?
Business questions with money behind them: why sales dropped in a region, which customers are worth keeping, whether a price change worked, where costs leak, which products to cut.
What data do you need?
Whatever you already have: Excel files, exports from your shop, CRM or accounting system, or access to your database. We tell you early if the data cannot answer the question.
What do we get at the end?
A short written report in plain words: what we found, how sure we are, and what we recommend you do. Charts and the working files are yours to keep.
How long does it take?
Usually one to three weeks, depending on the question and how ready the data is.
Is our data safe?
We sign a data processing agreement before any data moves, work inside your environment where possible, and delete copies at the end.
